friendly staff convenient location spacious shower unstable wi-fi cigarette smell poor accessibility
the staff at reception was friendly. the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation (specifically bus and metro). the room had a spacious shower, which i liked.
the wi-fi in my room was unstable. hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes. the entrance accessibility was poor, and i had to carry heavy bags up stairs.

my room on the first floor was both clean and spacious. the staff was attentive to requests (i needed an extra blanket). the location was convenient with easy access to transport. i found good value for the price.
the fridge was visible and not enclosed, affecting the room's aesthetics.

Transport nearby is very good. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel. A Mercadona supermarket nearby is very useful. Check-in was smooth. The staff were friendly.
The gym equipment requires maintenance.

The hotel's location proved very convenient. I found the bus stop directly outside the entrance useful. A supermarket nearby allowed me to easily pick up supplies (which was helpful for snacks).
The noise from other guests was noticeable at times. I could hear sounds of doors closing and conversations in the hallway, a bit disruptive.
